- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to ask a medical question because I'm 33 weeks pregnant and before I could tell the woman on the line who I was or my situation she's proceeds to interrupt me and say to call Monday when the office is open. Oh course I was like okay can i have the number to someone who can answer my question then? Then she askes me who I am and my situation. So I tell her I am 33 weeks pregnant and wiped blood and haven't had incourse since the night before she's like "OH I SM SO SORRY NOW WE ARE TALKING" because she's knew she was in the wrong and rude. Then she got my to the doctor and they said everything should be fine unless I continue to bleed. You guys really need to learn how to speak to people and listen to them because one day you could mess up and someone could lose there life or child because of your bad customer service. I won't be dealing with your hospital for my second child. I never have Good service with you. Fix yourselves.February 16, 2017by Justin Teel
