- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you could leave 0 stars I would. I asked to remove a vehicle from a policy and they said they took care of it. I even followed up to make sure. Found out almost a year later I was still being charged for it when I was trying to update the policy. Only received a partial refund and barely an apology. I wish I could say this was the only issue I've had with this company... forgetful, incompetent and not trustworthy.June 26, 2017by Emily Irene Fertig
