- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a joke. I called to make a new patient appointment. They said no problem we can get you in first thing Monday morning. I was ecstatic since I was in some pretty major pain from a broken tooth. The next day I wake up to two different messages saying I needed to reschedule because they "forgot " that they wouldn't be open Monday. I was then informed that the soonest they could see me would be the following Wednesday. When I expressed my unhappiness about the situation the receptionist just repeated that I could be seen Wednesday. I said you know this is really unacceptable, you guys made the mistake, I think you should try to squeeze me in sooner. Again she repeated that they could see me Wednesday. I said ok fine and hung up. I ended up going to another dentist that was able to see me right away and I got my broken tooth taken care of. Also, I would like to point out that most of the reviews for this place appear to be fake or paid for, because all they mention are how great the receptionists are, almost no one mentions the dentist that took care of them or the names of the hygienist.
